Prior to stepping into Range Brokers International as President and CEO, he began his career in 1991 with VR Business Brokers, the largest national brokerage at the time. He was recognized by his peers as the top broker nationally for five years in a row. His extensive entrepreneurial background and commitment to producing results above and beyond expectations, combines business ownership, turn around management, award winning sales and innovative business development is evident in his success rate with numerous clients over the years. His outstanding communication and public speaking skills come from his background as a Christian minister. As an entrepreneur, he has built, acquired, and owned many successful businesses and franchises. His exceptional skills in assessing business opportunities led him to develop the NCAC, a national lending arm for the brokerage industry. Cal takes a personal interest in clients and customers and follows through to the last detail to ensure that a deal will be executed properly and efficiently for a committed buyer and seller.

A leader in the business brokerage and consulting field, Ms. Couzo assists buyers and sellers both locally and internationally. In her new venture with Range Brokers International, Ms. Couzo melds her skills in marketing, exit strategies, mergers and acquisitions, valuations, contract negotiations, and trade. Highlights from her career include working with Mexico’s government tourism agency (FONTATUR) to effectively generate investor interest, as well as assisting the Seminole tribe of Florida through direct work with tribal chairman James Billie. Lidia is involved in many impactful projects in Western New York. Her career has grown globally as well, with a network of international partners, as proven by her affinity for languages. She is fluent in both Spanish and Polish, in addition to her proficiency in Arabic, French, and Russian. Currently, her focus is to help combat the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic by using her global network to procure highly demanded Personal Protective Equipment products for US hospitals, agencies, and communities.
